Job searches for Account Executives are continually posted on the Southern California Broadcasters Association Job Alert Bulletin. After the SCBA Job Alert Bulletin site was shut down the job search notices for Account Executives were posted with the California Broadcasters Association CBA Job Bank. It is station practice to interview qualified applicants regularly, creating a pool of applicants that may be available when a position opens.

Respondent’s General Counsel continuously updates management level personnel regarding methods of ensuring equal employment opportunity and preventing discrimination.
KLST-FM has an established Intern Program in Broadcast Promotion and Marketing for students studying Communications and Journalism. Interns are recruited from Saddleback College, Fullerton College, Vanguard University, Chapman College and Cal State Fullerton. Students receive academic course credit for their hours of participation. 1 student has participated in the program in the last year.
Sales/Station Manager participated in the selection process of the recipients of the SCBA’s annual Radio Broadcasting Scholarship Awards
